SXHKD hotkey definitions and scripts

Current main repo enables volume and brightness keys on frame.work 13" laptops. Primarily for FreeBSD; likely to work on other *nix-like platforms.

Needs the xosd package; see https://www.freshports.org/misc/xosd/ and https://github.com/AndreRenaud/XOSD.
